This beautiful and peaceful location offers stunning, panoramic views of the neighbouring southern Ionian islands of Ithaka, Cephalonia, Arkoudi and Meganissi together with the dramatic mountain backdrop of mainland Greece.
Palm Villas is comprised of three detached villas, Cocoa, Butia, Jubaea, which are set in well established gardens with a variety of attractive trees and pretty flowering shrubs. The villas are identical in design with each one being completely self-contained and strategically placed within the grounds to ensure the high level of privacy created by the natural shrubs, plants and trees.

Villa Butia is the ideal choice of villa for those who wish to have plenty of shade. In addition to the many sun spots on the large terrace, immediately outside the large sliding front doors of the villa is a large, completely tiled covered sun terrace ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing. There is also a very pretty, hexagonal summer house with comfortable seating set to the right of the emperor-style pool.
Inside, the cream coloured kitchen units coordinate beautifully with the dining room table and chairs, and lend a country feel to the villa whilst the bedrooms are enhanced by cream and turquoise curtains.
Inside, each villa is furnished to a high standard of comfort, with fully air-conditioned accommodation for six guests in three bedrooms: two ensuite doubles and a twin with separate bathroom.
All windows are fitted with tinted heat-reflecting glass.Kitchens are equipped with American-style fridge freezers with ice making and filtered cool water dispenser, washing machines, dishwashers, microwaves as well as the standard toasters, kettles and cookers. A dining area with seating for six is situated next to each kitchen.
The spacious sitting rooms are designed for entertainment as well as comfort – with HDTVs, satellite TV, DVD players and stereos, and seating for up to 6 guests. The rooms’ folding doors can be opened wide to thoroughly appreciate the magnificent views beyond the terrace outside. |
